Have you been wanting to make a cake for your birthday, or just for fun, but you're bored of chocolate, vanilla and other plain flavours? Well you can make your very own delicious CHURRO CAKE! Credits to Barbara Y9

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Smear a rectangular baking tray with butter and sprinkle some flour on top. Step 2: Break the 4 eggs, cooking oil, and yoghourt into the blender and blend until smooth. Step 3: Still blending, slowly add the sugar, flour and yeast. Step 4: Transfer the mass to the cooking tray and put it in the oven to cook for 35 minutes. Step 5: Whilst the cake is cooking, mix all of the syrup ingredients into one bowl. Step 6: Retrieve the cake from the oven and while it’s still hot, poke holes into the top of the cake with a fork. Then pour the syrup over the top. Step 7: Sprinkle some coconut shavings on top of the cake and leave the cake in the fridge until the next day. Then enjoy!
