Jacket potatoes are a British legacy and since this is a British school and we need to share it with you. This is a very simple recipe to soothe your taste buds and probably one of the MOST carb-fested things you will ever eat!
The recipe is simple, what you have with it, as an accompaniment, is the main thing.
